Aroma Massage

Aromatherapy is one form of aromatherapy. This method combines the physical and emotional effects of a gentle massage with the healing and psychotherapeutic features of plant essences. Essential oils harmonize, stimulate and calm the body while acting on all systems and organs with impaired balance.

A classic full-body manual massage using essential oils will improve mood, calm the spirit, and ease physical ailments. Aromatic molecules of essential oils, if applied to the body, will be absorbed into the bloodstream, which helps reduce internal acidity, removes heavy metals and indigestible foods that poison our blood. Essential oils supply oxygen to cells and balance the endocrine system. Their strong action and pleasant aroma affect mood, feelings, thoughts and concentration.

Personally, I do not perform these types of massages because I am not an aromatherapist, but as I have a friend who is, I know that great knowledge is needed when mixing essential oils to get the perfect individual combination for each person.

After going through the most common and common techniques of massages, now we will focus a bit on other, not so common, forms of massages. Some of the following massages are very expensive due to their complexity and rarity. As I do not perform these massages, I will try to briefly describe each technique as best as possible, while in some of the following posts I will deal with each technique separately.
